Tips to Improve Your Posture

Daily habits of slouching or leaning negatively affect health. Here are some things you can do to improve your posture and quality of life.

#1 Properly Sit
No need to sit like a pretzel. Untangle yourself by keeping your feet on the floor, uncrossed.
Your knees should be no higher than your hips. 
And just relax. Don't tense up your shoulders or forearms.

#2 Stand correctly
When up-right, keep your knees slightly bent. 
Make sure to stand tall with your feet around shoulder-width apart. Tuck you stomach in and keep your head level.
Let those arms hang naturally too.
#3 Lay the right way
Find the right mattress for you--soft or firm-- whichever you prefer and gives you the best support. 
Sleep with a good pillow. 
 Avoid sleeping on your stomach, your side or back is better for your spine. 
Following these simple tips can improve your posture and reduce back pain.
